Aging | The grapes left to dry up for 3 months are squeezed with a classic wooden press. The must is placed in the traditional chestnut barrels and left to ferment for 3 years. Removed from the barrels, it is left about two months to decant in the glass, then filtered with cotton fall and finally bottled. |

Peculiarity | Amber color, intense and ethereal aroma, with notes of dried fruit, especially almonds and candied fruit. Warm, soft and sweet. Generous – bodied, persistent and balanced. Aftertaste unified at the bouquet. |
